Joined Swytch Bike as its first in-house Industrial Designer and later stepped into Head of R&D, the role involved scaling the internal team and directing the industrial design & hardware strategy across multiple product generations. Responsibilities covered the management of the full hardware development cycle from early ideation to industrial design, engineering and production oversight with manufacturing partners in China.
